The One Morning Habit That Changed My Life

I work in the morning, and there is a significant change in my personality after doing my morning meditation practice, which also helped me be on top of my productivity and healthy living. This practice has helped me look forward to a new day, increased my joy, and enabled me to form a routine that can support a meditation practice.

Establishing the Habit

I started with 5 minutes in the morning, watching my breath and making good wishes towards the day. This was easily achievable, and over time it became second nature to do it.

Benefits Experienced

  1. Enhanced Mood: Having woken up early to meditate has translated to more positive emotional health as I am not as stressed or anxious as before.

  2. Increased Productivity: As a result, I have a clear understanding of what I do, and this helps me work more focused and be creative.

  3. Improved Well-being: Meditation in the morning has brought about calmness within and general happiness in life.

Advice on beginning daily meditation in the morning

  • Set Your Intention: Choose to spend a few minutes in the morning practicing meditation.

  • Find a Quiet Space: Select a position where you are familiar with the environment and there will be no interruption.

  • Focus on Your Breath: Focus on the breath and just observe if the thoughts start to drift.

  • Be Consistent: It is best to meditate in the morning to create a strong schedule and try to do it at the same time every day.

Adding morning meditation into the lifestyle has been one of the easiest adjustments I have made, yet the number of benefits that I have received from this change is still numerous and enhances my daily experiences.

I would personally like to get to know your stories about morning meditation or any other practice that has had a positive effect in your life. You can share your ideas and experiences in the comments below!
